Alpamayo mountain considered like the beautiful mountain but of the world, by its form of a pyramid of snow and ice which have taken to the world-wide fame. With his beauty and its size it makes us dream and it inspires to arrive at the top and to enjoy extreme fantasies.
From he himself field it bases is possible to be scaled the snow-covered Quitaraju since one is located to the front of he himself, but the wall is of 800mts. , of slope of 60 up to 80 degrees of inclination, to both mountains technician considers itself them and is recommendable to be acclimated well before trying to scale them.

Road transfer to Huaraz / Transfer to hotel |

You will be met at the airport and transferred to the hotel in Lima.
Drive to Huaraz: we drive to the bus station for the 8-hour bus ride from Lima to Huaraz. Arrive Huaraz. we check into our hotel, then head for dinner. This is a long day of sitting but the views get more rewarding as the day goes by. Continental breakfast at the hotel and lunch on the bus is included. Welcome dinner is provided. |

In Huaraz for acclimation. Day hike to Lake Churup - Hotel. |

We have two days in Huaraz. Peruvian Summit Expedition organize all and preparation for Alpamayo expedition.
Day Hike to Acclimatize:
Breakfast included in the hotel.
Today we get an early start and hike up to Lake Churup at 4450m. This beautiful turquoise lake sits beneath the peaks with the same name. It will be a long day of walking and one that will help get our legs stronger. Lunch and dinner on your own. Overnight spent in Huaraz.

Today we get an early start and hike up to Lake 69 at 4500m. This beautiful sky blue lake sits beneath the mountains Chacraraju and Pisco . It will be a long day of walking and one that will help get our legs stronger. Lunch and dinner on your own. Overnight spent in Huaraz. |
