Considered but the beautiful one of the world in 1965, in an aid made in Berlin. Alpamayo is a technical mountain because it has a wall of 500 meters of stop with an inclination of 65° of unevenness, for its access are made three previous campings until a field 1 from where a Vista of the wall of the mountain is had. He is recommendable to be acclimated well before trying to scale the Alpamayo. |

Lima - Huaraz / Road transfer to Huaraz / Transfer to hotel |

You will be met at the airport and transferred to the hotel in Lima.
Drive to Huaraz: we drive to the bus station for the 8-hour bus ride from Lima to Huaraz. Arrive Huaraz. we check into our hotel, then head for dinner. This is a long day of sitting but the views get more rewarding as the day goes by. Continental breakfast at the hotel and lunch on the bus is included. Welcome dinner is provided. |

In Huaraz for acclimation. Day hike to Lake Churup - Hotel. |

We have two days in Huaraz. Peruvian Summit Expedition organize all and preparation for Alpamayo expedition.
Day Hike to Acclimatize:
Breakfast included in the hotel.
Today we get an early start and hike up to Lake Churup at 4450m. This beautiful turquoise lake sits beneath the peaks with the same name. It will be a long day of walking and one that will help get our legs stronger. Lunch and dinner on your own. Overnight spent in Huaraz. |

Day Hike to Acclimatize:
Breakfast included in the hotel.
Today we get an early start and hike up to Lake 69 at 4500m. This beautiful sky blue lake sits beneath the mountains Chacraraju and Pisco . It will be a long day of walking and one that will help get our legs stronger. Lunch and dinner on your own. Overnight spent in Huaraz. |

From the base camp we hike out to Cashapampa where we catch our ride back. In the afternoon we drive to Huaraz.
